    Can someone from support please communicate as I have an issue. I was charged for the product and didn’t receive any receipt, nor can I login, or PW rest on your site.

    I can see your order in our database, but you mistyped your email address when purchasing.

    You entered josenna@ instead of joesenna@ ??

    I saw you opened a ticket on our support desk as well, i will get back to you there with further instructions.
