payment status problem

    Thanks for your great plugin!
    Excuse me, I have a critical problem with payment status:
    when i click on buy button, and go to gateway payment page, the status of this transaction in payments in admin change to “success”, and if i close the payment page and not pay the bill, the status of payment not changes to cancel and it remains at “success” status, that it is a bug or maybe dont work only for me, i think when i click on buy button, the status of payment should change to pending untill the payment happens and return to success page…
    how can i solve this issue?

    Yes, unfortunately the free support does not cover logging in debugging and this seems to be a site specific issue as I was unable to recreate the issue on my end.

    I tested from a new user and from a logged in user changing membership levels and the order is set to ‘pending’ by default.

    I have notified our development team to look into this to try and recreate as well, if the issue is found we will patch it. Since the Pay By Check is a PMPro Plus add-on, I recommend in getting a Plus account so you may gain access to premium support as well as all the other premium add-ons.

    Please feel free to take a screencast of the issue on your site so I may follow the steps exactly as per your video to try and recreate the issue.
