Payment Status Pending

    Hi there, Just today someone ordered on my website, and paid with paypal but the payment status still says pending, and also im not getting an email confirming the order (i believe this is because it says pending, not PAID)

    3 days ago when someone ordered via paypal (same payment method) it sent the email to me and also says PAID on the payment status.

    I have the Paypal Identity token filled in, but not the Live API username, password and signature, do i need this??

    Does anyone know why these orders only say pending when they have been paid into my paypal account? Im assuming im not getting the emails for this sent to me because the payment status says pending.

    Is there an option to send me an email when the payment status is pending? Or is this not a good idea to do?

    Hello @aksh12,

    Please add your “PayPal Identity Token” and check this “Disable PayPal IPN Verification” setting option under restropress -> Settings -> Payment Gateways -> Paypal standard.

    After these setups check once by place order and let us know if you will face any issue.

    Im still having problems

    Some payments are saying PAID and some are saying pending? This is happening all the time and im not getting any order emails for the orders that are PENDINg

    I have filled out all of this and sometimes I am getting orders that are marked as pending even though i have the money in my paypal account

    please please help me I will pay you if you need

    Hi aksh12,

    As per the live chat, the status is getting paid but it is taking time for the confirmation. This is due to the IPN setting that is enabled.
    Our team is working on it and we will let you know once we got some solutions to it.
