Payment status is showing Cancelled

  • while i make payment through paypal(live Mode) after it show status Cancelled. while payment is successful.

    /home4/birthdays1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pay-with-contact-form-7/admin/partials/PaypalResponse.txt
    shows:
    pending pending pending pending pending pending pending pending pending pending pending pending (12 times)

    I had added a message here but it was not posted I don’t know why but sorry for the inconvenience.

    If you are still facing this problem then, it is a Paypal IPN issue. Because as I have checked on my demo website it’s working fine.

    So can you please download the latest plugin and replace it with older and then test one transaction in sandbox mode and show me PaypalResponse.txt file contents?

    And also check that have you set the IPN URL of the file in your PayPal account? If not then go to your Paypal account -> Account Settings -> Notifications -> Instant payment notifications. Update Instant payment notifications with
    Your Site-Url/wp-content/plugins/pay-with-contact-form-7/admin/partials/ipn.php
