• Hello,
    I’m testing the plugin. A friend bought a ticket and paid for it. I got the payment and confirmation email from PayPal, but we didn’t get any “My Tickets” emails and also the payment status is “pending”.

    I saw that somebody asked the same here before and the answer was: “Pending payments happen if WordPress hasn’t received confirmation from the payment gateway that the payment is complete. There are two common reasons for this: the first is if the payer used Paypal’s eCheck payment option, which takes 3-5 days to complete, and the notification won’t happen until it’s finished. The second is if there was an error in the payment response – you’d have to look at your PayPal IPN history in your PayPal account to verify that.”

    But the payer didn’t use eCheck and also the payment is shown and everything is okay in the IPN history in my PayPal account.

    Another person wrote here that they had problems because their website didn’t have a SSL certificate and no https, but my website has it.

    Do you have another idea why the payment status is pending and the payer doesn’t get his ticket?

    If the IPN history shows an http response of 200, but the information isn’t being updated, that usually means that some other plug-in or your theme is interfering. You can try testing a payment with a default theme or with other plug-ins disabled to check this.

    The IPN history shows an http response of 200 and still all the payments are pending.

    I tested it with a default theme and with all other plugins deactivated, but it still doesn’t work.

    Do you have any other idea?

    Can you send a support request via the support request form at My Tickets > Get Help?

    I think I need more information to help with this.
