    Hi,

Greetings! Thanks for reaching out to us.

We are sincerely sorry that this happened to you. This is not supposed to happen.

Would you please confirm to us that, did you change your thank you page somehow? Or ever you tried with any other theme for checking is that working correctly on your side with success attendee?

It can be done to customize WooCommerce thank you page to not make this successful. We have to check it first, would you please visit our landing site of Eventin and reach us more? So that we can deeply check your site whether the thank you page is working correctly or not?

    Hope you get it.

Thanks for being with us and using our products. Good Day!

    Best Regards.

    Dear Customer,

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issue you have encountered. We would like to offer a solution that we believe will be beneficial to you. If you have made modifications to your thank you page following a successful payment at the checkout, it may have resulted in attendee ticket status errors.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to revert to the default thank you page and attempt the process again. If you still have the issue, you can reach us from the plugin details page.

We hope this information is helpful to you.

Thank you for choosing our products and for your continued support. Have a wonderful day!

    Best Regards
