payment showing as captured in WOO but showing failed in Paypal Gateway

We are using WooCommerce PayPal Pro (Classic and PayFlow Editions) Gateway 4.5.1 on Woocommerce 7.4.0. We have PayPal Pro set to ‘capture’. We have had three orders in the last month where PayPal Pro is showing that payment was captured in Woo but our gateway is showing “Fraud Service Internal Error” with error 127.
There is no indication on the order that the payment was not actually captured in Woo so we process that order as usual and send to our clients.
