Payment & Shipping Method backdoor code showing up in Transaction Reports

  • In the transaction reports that are generated for me every time a customer buys something, instead of the following coming up:

    Payment Method: PayPal Payments Standard 2.0 (or Manual Payment)
    Shipping Method: Shipping
    Shipping Option: Standard Shipping (untracked)

    I get the following:

    Payment Method: wpsc_merchant_testmode (or wpsc_merchant_paypal_standard)
    Shipping Method: ses_wpsc_premium_shipping
    Shipping Option: Tracked (2-3 working days)

    From what I can tell it only started happening between the 2nd and 5th of May, and I can’t remember if that’s when I updated by WPe-C plugin.

    It’s no big deal, but I just don’t want it to be a symptom of some bigger problem. Anyone have any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?
