Payment Setup Restart

    Hi,

    Trying to return to the first page on the payment setup process:

    How would I go back to the first section as upon verifying the phone number it returns me to the second page.

  • Hi @jarvisthecarp ,

    It looks we also got a ticket from you in our internal support platform with this ticket number #4904925. Since it is not possible to change the business type once it is selected, one of our team members has deleted the incomplete account. Now you should be able to go through the setup process again.

    I will mark this thread as resolved for now. Feel free to open a new thread if you have any other queries.
