    hey, thanks for your best vendor plugin

    my vendors can not save their bank account information from their dashboard. when they click on save changes, page refresh and nothing happen.

    and in other way admin can not add it manually to their profile from wordpress dashboard.

    i couldn’t find any database table to add manually. what should I do and what’s the problem?

    I have no js errors.

    thanks

  • Hi, @imfq

    This is very unlikely to happen, there might be some problem with your setup.
    Please de-active and reinstall a fresh version of Dokan. If the problem persists then please contact our support and they will help you out to sort this.

    Thanks for your appreciation and support.

    what about previous datas? i have more than 50 vendors

    No problem, your data will be same. Just delete the old plugin and install the latest version.

    nothing changed.
    how can I add their bank info myself? the input fields are disabled for admin.
    where are database tables?

    Please deactivate all other plugins except Dokan and WooCommerce to check if it is caused by any conflict.

    These data are saved as user meta not directly in database. You may use this to check the saved data :
    get_user_meta( $user_id, 'dokan_profile_settings', true );

    Thanks
