    Among other bugs, this is another MAJOR one that I 3 months ago when I tested your force upgrade and expected it to be solved by now. So yesterday I switched plugins and I get this from customers. Please update this immediately, today, September 30.

    I paid like normal through the platform , but the difference this time is I received no message that payment was successfully processed after I paid. The same payment window just kept popping back up after I had already clicked the pay button, so I accidentally clicked it twice.

    thank you for informing us about this issue, we were not aware of this one yet. However, it seems to be a bug caused by the last release, since I already see a 2nd thread with the same issue.

    In order to in to investigate this further, would it be able for you to share more details on this case? Do you have a system report and logs that we can look into? If you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk.     Um, when I tried this months ago this was happening every time, how could you just be finding out about it…sheesh

    Hello @nelsonleemiller

    I think the issue you are referring to is not the same issue; it might have the same outcome, but the issue we are seeing here now, denies payment authorization status change when successful order is received.
    The older issue was that duplicate orders were being created; however we are working on many different issues that cause very similar outcomes, so it could be something else.

    We will keep on working to get all the bugs worked out.
