    When I try to buy something it gives me the error “Payment request failed, please try again”. I have filled in everything in the M-PESA Payments Gateway. Can anyone help or explain how I should set it up in case I’m doing something wrong?

    Hi @jhatt,

    I hope you managed to reach out to us on email([email protected]) where the replies are faster and the issue resolved. Replying for future reference: The “PAYMENT REQUEST FAILED” error is usually caused by having plugin settings that are not valid, when you migrated the site, the plugin settings could have been lost and needed to be filled again.
