    Hi Team,

I’m facing issue with Payment request button is not displayed for the Web version of my website. But when I’m opening it on mobile it is displayed correctly. I’ve checked for a theme conflict and it is not showing for default theme as well. Also, I checked with Plugin conflict or Additional CSS but it looks neither. Could you please introspect the issue?

    Regards,
    Animesh

    Hey there!

What Payment Request buttons were you trying to see on your computer? What browsers are you using on the computer to see this? All info you can share with what you are doing when this happens (doesn’t happen in this case haha) will help us narrow this down.

    Hi Team,

It is the google pay, apple pay payment button(also say Buy Now in purple button available just above cart button) on the product page, car, and checkout. I’ve enabled it from WooCommerce-> Payments -> Stripe Settings. This is showing on my mobile site but it is disabled on desktop site. I’ve tested Google Chrome on mobile it is displayed. For Web, I’ve checked in Google Chrome, Mozilla, and Safari browser but it is not displayed on any of them for the web.

    Hey again!

The Apple Pay button does show for me on Safari on my desktop,

There are some particular steps for each browser to be met. For Chrome, a card has to be saved in that browser, and in your Google Account. For Apple Pay, you either need to have the fingerprint scanner laptop or an iPhone linked and nearby to confirm your purchase. Firefox doesn’t use payment request.

Hopefully that helps! Have a great one!
