    Hello,
    The transaction is first successful and then a few days after the money is automatically refunded. I do not understand why.

    Hello Rocou,

    Thank you for using Direct Stripe.

    In the case you want to capture the charge immediately, can you make that your shortcode is not using the capture argument or that cpature is set to true like capture="true"?

    If capture is set to false, the charge has to be manually captured from Stripe’s admin panel within 7 days, if no action is taken during these 7 days the charge is not made.

    This is an option of Stripe and triggered in the Direct Stripe shortcode.
