Payment Redirects to a Blank Page

Whenever payment is submitted irrespective of the payment mode paypal/offline/test etc… the GiveWp plugin redirects to this page: https://ask4help.online/support-our-site/?payment-mode=paypal which is a blank page.
Here is a test page. visit this page https://ask4help.online/index.php/support-our-site/ fill form, click donate now and you see the error blank page.
