    Client is using a 3rd party payment processor. After a user makes a purchase and pays on the processor it fails to notify woo of that successful transaction. The order notifications are not coming through (emails with SMTP are all correctly setup) and the order status remains on Processing or Payment Pending. It seems to alternate between those 2. They have requested us to send the Accept, Decline, Notify and Redirect links/URL’s. Where would I find this? Thanks.

    Can you please share more details about this? Which payment gateway plugin is your client using? I’m not sure what they mean by the Accept, Decline, Notify and Redirect links/URL’s.?But if you have any documentation at hand we can further review this and see how we can help if it’s something WooCommerce related!

    As I understand you have reached out to them and they asked you to share the Accept, Decline, Notify and Redirect links/URL’s, correct?

    Can you please ask them to elaborate on what they need?

    As my colleague mentioned, we are not sure what they mean by that.

    thanks for the feedback. They said we need to follow the instructions in their GitHub. Which is what doesn’t make sense to me because this is their responsibility to sort out not so?

    Yes, they are responsible for providing more explicit and better instructions for their product.

    However, I’ve checked their GitHub repository, and they’ve already provided information on how to get those callback links on the readme file here.
