Payment processor not sending confirmation of payment

Client is using a 3rd party payment processor. After a user makes a purchase and pays on the processor it fails to notify woo of that successful transaction. The order notifications are not coming through (emails with SMTP are all correctly setup) and the order status remains on Processing or Payment Pending. It seems to alternate between those 2. They have requested us to send the Accept, Decline, Notify and Redirect links/URL’s. Where would I find this? Thanks.
