    I continuously run into an error when I bu going through our payment process.

    When I enter all my information on site.com/checkout/ and click ‘continue to payment’ I go to

    site.com/checkout/order-pay/xxxx/?key=wc_order_xxxxxxxxxxx

    Then I click ‘Place order’ and I get the message: Payment processing failed. Please retry.

    I have asked my theme developer to look into this problem. He said from WP/PHP side everything is setup correctly.

    In the log we see this:

    Obviously I have installed SSL, I have Stripe in Test (viewing test data), I have reset my test keys in Stripe and added them to my site. I have also disable all plugins that are not reuired by the theme.

    Can someone assist?

    Could you copy and paste your site’s system status report into this forum?

    Also, could you double check that you’re using the correct test API keys if you’re in test mode – please ensure that you’ve entered the correct public and private keys.
