    I have processed a payment however though the funds where debited from the buyers account, the funds have not been received into the seller account.

    The payment was generated on 6/7 and was scheduled to be credited on 6/14.

    From the order screen:

    Thanks for reaching out.

    If I understand correctly, you’ve collected payments on an order using WooCommerce Payments. The customer was charged but you didn’t get the deposit to your connected bank account, right?

    Please check the status of the transaction from Payments > Transactions page and also look for any pending deposits in Payments > Deposits

    It would be best if you can create a ticket and we can look into your WooCommerce Payments account from there.
