Payment Process Broken?

  • Hi, I was able to successfully place an order on my site and pay through Paypal but the “Orders” page shows the order only getting to “Created”. I actually paid through Paypal and marked the order as shipped as well. But, it doesn’t show as Paid or Confirmed.

    Then I went and made another dummy order all the way to Paypal but didn’t actually pay. When I look at the Orders list it still only shows one order (ID=1) as “Created” but has changed the amount of the order to the second dummy order amount.

    Is there something wrong with the order tracking backend right now or am I missing something?

    I’m using the Ready! to Be theme.
