I am just concerned hat there should be a tick box displaying as we had in the case of the registration page which you solved for me with CSS code.

As I said before, it is not related to the theme, however, since you are using WordPress and our theme, we can leave you alone ??

By quick observing the tab, Add following CSS on Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS, it will fix the tab issue.

    display: block!important;
}
