    Hello,

    since the beginning of January on the e-commerce of one of my customers, payments by credit card have not been successful. On site it is made with Woocommerce and PayPal Checkout. I don’t understand why. Some Consumers after a passage with the bank manage to pay. Other orders are lost.

    Could you suggest a solution or a useful suggestion. Thanks.

    On this customer’s site I use:
    WordPress version 5.6
    Woocommerce version 4.9.0
    WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway version 2.1.1

    Getting some more information should help us out here. First, can you send us a screenshot of the order notes section of an affected order? I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

    Would you mind enabling the logging for PayPal Checkout for us? Head to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal Checkout, and enable Logging (if it is not already enabled)

    Next, please try to make a test order to generate logs.

    After that, please check WooCommerce > Status > Logs, select the new PayPal logs (that start with wc_gateway_ppec-) from the dropdown at the top right, and click “View”. Then copy the log into your response here so we can see if there are any errors that might help us in troubleshooting the issue. Before pasting, please remove all sensitive/ personal information.

    I’m experiencing almost the same issue. Buyers just get to me saying that their order is in “Pending” on their PayPall side, but I don’t see that order or nothing. BUT, some orders goes well and some don’t. I’m from Croatia and when I make an order all is done well, but when buyers which most of them are from USA or Canada try to buy, that weird situation happens.

    I don’t know which data should I remove and which to leave. Is there a way to send you via email the log file?

    When I try to search for errors, somewhere is present this:
