Payment Pop Up Issue

    We are having an issue with our Events and collecting payment. Up until five days ago when someone registered for an event, a payment pop up would follow after clicking register. Now we only have registrations collected with no option to pay.

    I have checked to make sure STRIPE is connected. Our wordpress site is updated to newest version and so is our plugin.

    What can I do to fix this issue? We currently use STRIPE and pay offsite.

    I indeed don’t get a redirection to payment. But: does the event have a price>0? And is stripe or anything else indicated as a payment method for that event? Show a screenshot of the settings for this event if you don’t know.

    The event is priced for $15 and its set to take Stripe and offline.

    There’s some caching being done at your site, causing an older version of js/eme.js being presented. Clear your site cache and it should be ok.
