Payment plan plug in

  • Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help , I am trying to set up the payment plan log in.

    I have managed to set up the deposit amount followed by the weekely instalments , but when I click on the payment plan button to add a product to my basket it’s showing an error message that says “please select a valid payment plan”

    Has anyone ever had this issue or can help with me fixing it ?

    Please could you provide a URL to the exact plugin you are using? I had a look but couldn’t find one with that exact name.
    It would likely be best to get support directly from the plugin creators themselves via their dedicated support forum but I would be happy to take more of a look once the plugin is confirmed.
