I have created a new (discounted) payment plan and I want to be able to swap some users onto it from an existing plan. However, if I go to Paid Member Subscriptions > Members > (select and edit member) > Edit if I click on the dropdown, only the existing plan appears.

So, how do I change a member onto another plan?

    Thanks.

    John

    Hi @barquerole,

Can you please tell me if the old subscription plan is from the same tier as the new subscription plan?

If the two subscription plans are not from the same tier, the new subscription plan will not appear in PMS-> Members-> Subscription plan. So to change their plan go to PMS-> Members-> delete their old subscription plan and then add the new subscription plan.

    Hi

    Thanks for your reply.

I am not clear what you mean when you ask if the two plans are from the same tier. When I go to Subscription Plans, both the existing plan and the new one are lkisted. I assume this is the same tier, so I am not clear on what to do.

    Thanks.

    Hi @barquerole,

Please go to PMS-> Subscription plans-> and send a screenshot from here and I will check if the plans are from the same tier. You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

    Hi @barquerole,

The subscription plans are not in the same tier, this is the reason why you do not see the new subscription plan in PMS-> Members.

To change the old plan with the new one, my recommendation would be to go to PMS-> Members-> delete their old subscription plan and then add the new subscription plan.

In order for the subscription plans to be in the same tier, plan B needs to be an upgrade or downgrade for plan A. Documentation here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/subscription-plans/#Add_Upgrade_Downgrade_Subscription_Plan

Thank you, that seems to have fixed it.
