Payment Pending on Booking email sent to clients before payment process complete

Hello. I have tried to look back in this forum for the answer to this question but nothing so far. The problem I am having is described below:
If someone tries to make a booking once the process of booking reaches to the payment section if the person doesn’t pay immediately then after approximately 5 minutes an email is sent to them saying Pending Payment. The problem is none of the links in the email works. The Logo doesn’t work and the Pay $xxx button doesn’t work either. When I copy the link it looks like this: x-webdoc://68B5CAD8-53A4-4713-855D-57559491D08D#
What is going on? Let me know please.
