    We recently installed payments gateway (Sandbox) on our WordPress website the issue we are facing after the successful Cards payments WooCommerce updating payment status pending instead of success how to resolve this issue. Thanks,

    Hi @mp3passion,

    A “Pending” status shows that the order was received, but no payment initiated. Essentially, WooCommerce is still awaiting payment.

    This could be due to the Sandbox setting of the payment gateway you are using. Which payment gateway is active for your site?

    JazzCash payment gateway but the thing is I have tested on my other websites but there is working without any problem with same settings. Setting was also checked by payment gateway provider they confirmed settings are fine.

    Thank you for sharing. In this case, as I mentioned above, if the order is pending, there is most likely a connection issue between your site, and JazzCash.

    Most gateways will report back and set the order status to Processing (payment successful) or Failed (payment unsuccessful). If the shop never receives either signal, it keeps the status on Pending. This tends to be a misconfiguration of payment notification URLs or a plugin conflict.

    You mentioned you have already spoken with payment gateway provider, and they confirmed the settings are fine. I would report back to them that there still appears to be an issue with the settings, since the order is set as pending.

    I would also compare your settings with the site in question, to your other websites that are working, as that could help show what is wrong.

    Thankyou so much, I also did this all before. I have deactivated all plugin to check the conflict but this doesn’t work. I will contact once again payment gateway to check the IPN settings.
