    Hi, I finished designing my website and setting up the Woocommerce and want to launch it but I’m still having some problems.

    I tried paying 1 time for my product (set it with discount to be only 1€ at the time I tried it) and everything looked like was going well but after I saw on my bank app that that payment was pending and never recieved the money on the bank acount I set up on Woocommerce. Any ideia why this might happen? I am waiting for the payment to be processed for almost 3 days and nothing changed. Thank you.

    I understand that you’ve tested an order, and it’s marked as Pending even when a successful payment is made. This usually happens when a payment gateway plugin fails to communicate back to your website. There can be several reasons why this happens – outdated plugins, theme/plugin conflicts, server issues, etc.

    First, please ensure that all the plugins on your website are up-to-date, including the theme and WordPress.

    If all are cleared, check if the logging is enabled in your payment gateway plugin settings. You should be able to find relevant logs under?WooCommerce → Status → Logs., then kindly share it with us.

    You might want to create a new order to test if you’re able to replicate this and generate fresh log entries.

    If that doesn’t help, please let us know which payment gateway plugin you’re using.

    It might also help if you could share a copy of your site’s System Status Report so that we can better understand your site’s current environment. You can find this by navigating to WooCommerce → Status → select Get system report and then Download for support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR to share with us.

    Hi, thanks for the help but I’m still having the problem. The first payment I made was saying on my bank acount that it was pending for some days, after some day (yesterday) it said on my bank account that thepayment was made but on the other bank account whereI set the Woocommerce to recieve th money I didn’t recieve any money.

    I already updated all the plugins as you said. I also made another payment to test and on my bank acount app it says again that the payment is pending at least for now.

    However, you haven’t mentioned the payment gateway you are referring to here for the test orders you created. Upon checking your site’s checkout page, I confirm that you are using WooPayments, correct?

    Since you are testing payments on your site, you could switch to the Test Mode for such purposes. You can find the detailed instructions about Test Mode here: https://woo.com/document/woopayments/testing-and-troubleshooting/#test-mode

    Meanwhile, as for the deposit schedule, please note that the money you’ve made with WooPayments flows through your account balance before being deposited into your bank account. The time those funds take to flow through your account balance (called the “pending period”) depends on your account country.
