That can be fixed by adding the following CSS rule to the website:

.woocommerce-checkout h3#order_review_heading, .woocommerce-checkout #order_review {
    float: none !important;
    width: 100% !important;
}

You can use the “WP Admin -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS” page to add the CSS rule.
