Payment page offline Due to a misconfiguration.

    Hey Support team! We’re using Zahls.ch WooCommerce plugin to receive Twint payments. API key, Instance are configured and integrated properly between WooCommerce store and Zahls.

    But when customers try to complete the payment on the checkout page and redirect to the Zahls site(https://rocktheroutes.zahls.ch), the platform shows an error and says: “Payment page offline Due to a misconfiguration, the payment page is offline.”

    Thank you for your message. I checked your account and can not find any issues there. Maybe you want to double check the entries you made in the configuration in your WooCommerce settings.

    The instance is wrong. It has to be written without “.zahls.ch”.

    Also, please never publish any of your credentials. We just had to delete this api key. Please create a new one.

    I really appreciate your assistance and you’re very supportive. That’s mean the instance would be: only “rocktheroutes”, right?

    Just a quick update, I have added the instance entry only is “rocktheroutes” and generated new API key. But still showing offline issue. Please suggest

    OK. It should work like that. Maybe you can contact our support over our website so we can help you there? It seems to be an account specific problem.
