Payment Page Not Working

    I don’t know if you can see it but every time I try to pay with paypal using the pay button, it just displays this shadow overlaying the page. I can’t click on anything but I can see the content of the page faintly. And when I try to visit the page from my menu, it redirects to the course’s archive page not the payment page. I deleted this plugin but couldn’t find a better one. Help me resolve this,!

    Hello @anita3151

    We couldn’t see any courses on your course archive page in order to get to the checkout page. Can you please verify it? Also, we try to replicate this on our end and it is working normally on our side.

    I haven’t added any course yet and I have identified the problem anyway. The payment page doesn’t work on mobile devices. It only works on a desktop. I don’t know if you can fix that.

    Can you please share some screenshots or screen records of the issue? If we can’t access the course page, we won’t be able to check the payment or checkout page from our side.
