Payment options not showing

    Hi team,

    I have been working on setting up PMS for my subscription boxes, but cannot seem to get any more paying methods to work.

    I have set up my PMS backend settings, (3) subscriptions and Stripe account, with extra (active) paying methods within the platform such as (specifically) iDEAL and Bancontact. However these payment methods are not visible within my WordPress register page when trying to purchase a subscription (tried several browsers as well).

    Within my WordPress settings Stripe is connected succesfully and listed as a default payment gateway, but the webhooks status is not active yet (I suppose this only works when a subscription has been processed correctly).

    Any ideas what might be the issue?

    I should have posted this earlier – because I finally found the solution 5 minutes after posting this. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Hi there,

    My connection between PMS and Stripe seemed to be glitching a lot for some reason, mostly while going back and forth from testing to a live setting. It’s something that obviously did not help at all while testing.

    In the end it seemed to be a combination of things. I must say I am not entirely 100% sure what happened, as some issues seemed to be fixing itself without a clear reason (after clearing cookies, cache, refreshing all the options etc.). It suddenly seemed to work after just waiting for 10 minutes.

    Did you check the default settings of the payment methods? Go to Stripe dash, settings, payments and then payment methodes. I found the default settings on “default”, instead of Paid Member Subscriptions Configurations. I cannot make it the default for some reason but it’s on PMs now and still works. I think you need to select it for both your test and live settings.
