    Hello,

I am running into an issue where the payment options are grayed out and have the spinning circle icon on the checkout page. I have Woopayments installed, but when I try to make any changes to payment options it says “Error retrieving settings” and “Error saving settings” when I try to make any changes. I am also unable to select Credit/Debit Card under Payments Accepted. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the payment plugins, trying other payment plugins such as PayPal and Stripe, deactivating every other plugin, and changing the PHP version (currently running 8.2), but payments are still grayed out and customers are unable to check out.

    Hi again @patking13,

I understand your concern about managing two concurrent sites and the strain it puts on your hosting service. With WooCommerce, you can definitely maintain your professional portfolio and online store on the same site.

The products you sell can be displayed on your site as part of your portfolio. This way, your website visitors can view your work and also have the option to purchase them directly. You can find the steps to move products between sites here.

When I add the product to the cart, the checkout screen displays just fine.

I’m glad to hear the issue is resolved by a fresh installation, you can try deactivating and reactivating the WooCommerce plugin in your old site to see if it also solves the problem there.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

I applied the new WP and WC updates that became available today and that fixed the issue. Everything is running nice and smoothly now.
