I’m selling digital goods through my store using your plug-in and Funnelkit checkout.

It seems that Paypal doesn’t understand that my products are instantly delivered by email.

The problem is that my funds go on hold for 21 days and Paypal requires tracking and/or shipping information to get the funds sooner.

Can you please help me to fix this issue and make sure that Paypal receives data about the status of the order (that is complete and “delivered” right after the purchase) so my money gets available instantly/1 day after?

Also my order page don’t have any order tracking option to fill.

You can add tracking via the PayPal Actions button near the Refund button on the order details page.

Are you certain you haven’t mis-configured your product to require shipping? The PayPal plugin uses the cart/order object to determine if shipping is required. When paying with PayPal, does a shipping address show in the PayPal wallet?

Your site is not accessible right now because your SSL is invalid. Please fix that if you would like your site to be reviewed.

If your cart truly doesn’t require shipping then WooCommerce doesn’t render the shipping fields; you shouldn’t have to remove the shipping fields.

Can you share a product link to your site so it can be reviewed (your site’s https is still not working)? Something isn’t adding up. The plugin uses core WooCommerce functions to determine if shipping info is needed or not. It wouldn’t be sending address data to PayPal unless WooCommerce was saying shipping was needed.

Thanks, my cart doesn’t actually need any shipping address, hence no need option to add shipping or tracking info in order page.
