    Hello,

    I need your support regarding a problem I’m facing. Actually in my website, when I create an order everything works fine except for updating the status of the order from payment pending to paid. In fact, I use GPGCheckout gateway. Payment goes fine, but the order is not updated.

    Could you please help ?

    Can you please specify if you are using a third-party GPGCheckout plugin?

    The process of notifying the site about a successful payment is unique to each payment gateway plugin and it isn’t controlled by WooCommerce itself. The payment method/payment gateway plugin is responsible for changing the order status upon receiving the successful payment notification, and it sounds like that process doesn’t work on your site. More often than not, it’s a sign of misconfiguration of the payment method/payment gateway plugin.

    If you are using a third-party payment gateway plugin – you may want to reach out to the support team of that plugin.

    In that case, you’ll want to reach out to their support staff for assistance. As my colleague said above, it’s up to each payment gateway to properly update the order status when payment is complete.
