    Hello. When you click the “Place order” button and the checkout page reloads, is there an error message at the top of the page? There should be a message that says “Payment Error: …” with a detailed error message if the error is occurring in our Plugin.

    At all nothing happend. Page reload and all. But I received order in pending status. Money from the card is not gone

    Does your PHP error log have any messages in it that might be helpful? Without more details it is difficult for us to even determine if the error is with our Plugin.

    You might want to call our support department at (866) 913-3220 to make sure that you have a valid Merchant Token in your configuration. For subscriptions, you also need to confirm that you have TransArmor enabled on your merchant account.

    i am facing Internet server error on checkout page after when i click on place order button
    Some time error change and say payment error : approved
    Please help me to solve this issue

    Please let me know the versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, WooCommerce Subscriptions, and PHP. What type of server are you running on… Linux or Windows? Thanks.

    I have probably same error.
    Would you like to help me please.

    I’m using plugin in Sandbox Mode but get error – Payment error:

    WC Version 2.6.14
    WP 4.7.2
    PHP Version:5.6.30

    Could be it because I’m don’t using ssl?
