Payment not transferring to main wallet

Hi,

Not sure if this has anything to do with the plugin. I dont really understand the Blockchain API so thought I’d ask here first.

One of the generated addresses has full payment stuck inside it and it hasn’t transferred to my wallet. It’s been there around 4 hours now and has 45 confirmations. Is there any way to force it to send it to my wallet? Should I be worried? Is there anyway I can access all of the generated wallets at once to see if there are any others that are “stuck” as I do have a lot of people complete checkout and no payment arrives?
