Payment not received

Hi!
I appeal to the community because I have a problem with the widget. A customer ordered on my site, everything worked normally for her except that on my side I had no record of the payment on my Paypal account. She has to pay by card using the button without creating an account on paypal.
I was unable to find the problem and help on the documentation.
Can you help me, I probably made a bad adjustment because of the language (I’m French and not very good at English …)?
