Payment not receive

  • Hi

    I am selling WordPress themes on my website and this is our theme page https://themearile.com/arilewp-pro-theme/.

    When I am trying to purchase a theme for testing purpose then I get an error message “We’re sorry, This seller doesn’t accept payments in your currency. Please return to the seller and choose another way to pay.”

    And I don’t know how to fix this issue.

    While I am unable to solve this problem. And I humbly request you please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Thanks for the webpage link. I think you are using the PayPal payment gateway right?
    As per the checkout page, your store currency is US Dollar (USD).

    Can you please tell me in which country you are located in OR for which country you had setup the PayPal account?

    I have setup for the paypal in India. We want to access the payment from all country.

    And i have use the store product currency in US Dollar (USD).

    So please what the setup we need to do. For receive the payment from India and another countries.

    Thanks for your response.

    It looks like that you have only INR currency in your account. Can you please add USD currency in your PayPal account. You can make it primary also if you want.

    Please take a look at below settings also

    Go to “Payment Receiving Preferences”, which is at “Profile” or “Settings” > “Selling tools” > “Getting paid and managing my risk” > “Block payments”… there are several payment methods that can be block.

    I have also added the currency in USD in my papal account. And i have also set the Block payments settings.
    IF i set the INR currency in Edd plugin setting i have no issue. But i set the USD currency i get this error.

    Add currency should resolve your problem. I have done R&D on web and most of people suggest to add currency in your account.

    If your problem is still there then I suggest to contact PayPal support. Sometime there may be restriction with account also. They will guide you better.

    I suggest to contact PayPal support. Sometime there may be restriction with account also. They will guide you better.

    I have also got this types of issue and tried to change all the settings as per suggestions but its not gone.
    After that I changed website used currency USD to INR then re-tried and now it’s working. So I’m thinking that integrated payment currency and receiving account country currency must be same.

    Well it’s solved for me but logically this restriction is wrong. Please do any thing for this issues Paypal Developer Community.

    I think there is no restriction like this.

    Can you please tell me what is your PayPal primary currency? I think It should be INR right?

    I suggest to contact PayPal support. Sometime there may be restriction with account also. They will guide you better.
