Payment not processing – 3d auth box vanishing

    Hello,

    We recently installed this plugin as we wanted to use the Stripe approved API plugin they recommend in their docs. Previously we was using Yith Stripe plugin which worked fine. We also wanted to get the payment buttons on the product page, which the Yith plugin doesn’t support.

    After installing the buttons appeared just fine, however when a payment is attempted Stripe is not processing payments. We used the 3d secure test card.

    The 3d authorization box pops up for a second or two then vanishes and the user is returned to the checkout screen.

    We have setup the endpoints, and Stripe is registering the payment, but when I check the log it says that the Payment_Intent requires_action.

    Can you advise how we can fix this?

    Hi Gary,

    I understand you’re seeing the 3DS popup disappear when testing 3DS payments. I wasn’t able to replicate that behavior using the authentication required test card on this page. I would recommend performing a conflict test to rule out problems being introduced by the theme or another plugin.
