Payment not captured when order status changed

I’m new to this plugin. I’ve turned off ‘capture payment immediately’ and the authorize works. But, after reviewing the order for accuracy and changing the status to ‘processing’, the payment isn’t captured like paypal. I have to login to my stripe account and capture each payment manually. Is there a way to fix this?

Otherwise, it’s really nice.
