Payment Modal not showing up after application submit

I have Gravity form license and Razorpay business account. I added the plugin to my website after adding gravity form plugin. All settings are correct as per the documentation and it worked in Gravity forms demo website. But it is not working in my website. On application submit it is showing message that payment is processing but Razorpay payment gateway modal is not showing up. Since this is a third-party add on they don’t give support.

Please help with this issue.
