• I’m using Mollie for a client, and everything suddenly stopped working. The payment methods are no longer showing up on the checkout page, even though we haven’t made any changes to the website. The checkout page displays the message: “Sorry, it seems there are no available payment methods. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

    Error logs aren’t returning anything, and switching to the default Storefront theme with only WooCommerce and Mollie activated doesn’t resolve the issue. So, I don’t believe it’s theme-related. Interestingly, if I activate the standard bank transfer option in WooCommerce, it does show up as a payment method. The back-end settings in both WooCommerce and Mollie appear to be configured correctly.

    I also noticed there was a Mollie update six days ago, and two days before that, my client successfully processed an order using iDEAL. I thought rolling back to a previous version of Mollie might resolve the issue, but unfortunately, that didn’t work either.

    Is this a known issue? If so, do you have any guidance or a fix for it?

    If the issue persists after rolling back to a previous version, then the issue might not be related to the plugin. It might be related to other plugins or some misconfiguration.

    Hi Femi,

    I’ve deactivated all other plugins, so only Mollie and WooCommerce are currently active.

    To troubleshoot, I also installed a clean version of Storefront, regenerated all WooCommerce pages, and even tested with a fresh WordPress installation.

    When editing the checkout page, I can see the available payment methods there, but they still don’t appear on the frontend.

    Would it be possible to send you a copy of the report via email or private message? Let me know what works best.
