Payment Methods Add Payment Method not working

so have this website that uses WooCommerce and Woo Subscriptions and as a payment gateway is PayPal and PayPal’s Advanced Card Processing.
I’m having problem on the customer side in where they want to add another payment method and when they go to the website Account -> Payment Methods -> Add Payment Methods. they are greeted with this text
Is there a way to override the checkout process and enter a new method entered and be used for the next order generated by Woo Subscriptions.
