Hi there,
Thank you for sharing the screenshot! I can see that the image is not appearing correctly, and it seems like broken images or HTML code are showing in the order email. Just to clarify, did this issue start after activating the WooPayments plugin, or were you experiencing it before installing the plugin as well?
If the issue began after activating WooPayments, could you please try the following steps:
- Deactivate all other plugins except WooPayments and WooCommerce.
- Check if the issue persists.
This will help us determine if there is a conflict with another plugin.
Additionally, I recommend running a conflict test to identify whether the issue is caused by a plugin or theme setting. For detailed instructions on how to perform a conflict test, you can refer to this article:
How to Test for Conflicts.
Regarding hiding the payment buttons:
By default, you can select where to display the Google Pay (GPay) and Apple Pay buttons. To configure this, go to:
WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → WooPayments.
Scroll down the page and click the Manage button next to the GPay and Apple Pay options. From there, you can specify the pages where these buttons should appear.
If the buttons are not appearing correctly, could you please provide more details about the specific issue you’re facing with them? This will help us troubleshoot further.
Looking forward to your response!
