Payment method details shorter than list

The PayPal payment method has a very short details block. When I choose PayPal, the list of payment methods (.wc_payment_methods) becomes scrollable.

It’s better to set a minimum height for the details box to be at least as tall as the payment method list (I hope this is clear).
