payment method description in checkout

I need to display the text of the payment method instruction on the order-received page and in the email sent to the customer (for the payment methods bank transfer and check).
The text is currently only displayed on the order validation page.The text is defined in woocommerce settings page of each payement :
admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=checkout§ion=bacs
admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=checkout§ion=chequeI can’t find the name of this description field

Take a look at line 28 in the payment-method.php file in the templates/checkout folder.
