Payment link is missing from the invoice emails to customers

I am creating orders and invoices for customers. When the email is sent to customers there is not a link for them to click on and pay. Under the Billing address I am dropping down and selecting woocommerce payments. I have also tried the others, paypal, etc. Still nothing. Any help would be so appreciated. I have trying to figure this out for a week and need to get my invoices out and paid.
