    Hello,

    In my woocommerce orders I see “Awaiting payment”, even though the payments have been successfully received in my mollie account. I also placed and paid for an order myself, and everything worked out successfully. Only in Woocommerce the status “Awaiting payment” remains. I use the plugin “Mollie Payments for WooCommerce”.

    Can you guys please help me to solve this problem?

    This might be due to a synchronization issue between WooCommerce and the Mollie Payments plugin.

    To resolve this, please ensure that your Mollie Payments plugin is up-to-date. If it is, try deactivating and reactivating the plugin. Sometimes, this can help reset the connection between your WooCommerce store and Mollie.

    If the issue persists, I recommend checking the webhook settings in your Mollie account. The webhook URL should be correctly set to allow Mollie to communicate payment statuses to your WooCommerce store.

    If this makes no difference, it would be best to reach out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance.

    Additionally, could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us? You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Select Get System Report and then Download for Support. This will download a TXT file containing the SSR’s contents to share with us.
