Payment issue

You most likely tried to pay with the same PayPal account which is the PayPal Business/Seller account connected to the website.

So, if you have the plugin set in Test Mode, you will need to create a different PayPal Sandbox account which will be a Personal account and with that, you will need to make the purchase (test the payment). You can also read more about this here.

Basically, you can’t use the same PayPal Business/Seller account with which you’re supposed to receive money to make payments on your site.
