    When i create order in backend and send payment link to customer. He is not able to make payment. Please advise.

    Hi @pinkiyadav,

    Are there any error messages? Are you creating the order for a specific user or is it a guest order?
    If you enable Logging in the plugin settings and attempt to pay for such an order, then the log should contain an error message which we would be interested in.
    The logs are linked from the settings and you’d need to select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” from the dropdown to view the latest log from today.
    Can you please check if there are any errors logged?

    Same problem here. Payment by card does not work for about 17 hours.
    I tried to generate a custom payment link and I got the following message.

    Hi @pinkiyadav,

    Does this happen with PayPal or with credit card payments? There are a few reports on this forum about sporadic failures with the PayPal Card Processing that don’t create any logs.

    The result likely remains similar, but it extends the logging and should display more relevant error messages that help us better determine what the problem could be.
    It would also be good to give it a try with the default Storefront theme active and all plugins disabled except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments to rule out a potential conflict.
    Testing this in a separate staging environment should provide comparable results without affecting the live site availability.

    @sztufi Please create your own thread so we can assist you properly, as the critical error on your site is unlikely to be related to the behavior reported in this thread.
